Located 1.5 km away lies Het Waterland, the family's eco-friendly farm. Run by Dries’ brother Tim, this sustainable rural estate exemplifies our region’s natural beauty and time-old agricultural traditions. Het Waterland supplies quality ingredients to local establishments (including Tafel Twaalf) to minimise food miles. Guests can take an insightful 1 hour tour to learn how sustainable farming practices preserve our fragile ecosystem.
